if you have remortgage in year 4 and this costs say £300 per month to do. do the monthly payments to your creditors drop by £300 for the remaining period of your iva as well ?

With ours, our monthly repayments on the remortgage cannot cost more than 50% of our IVA payments. I don't know anything about IVA payments dropping as you will only have 6 months to do.
I would think you would continue to pay in as normal as the creditors will want as much back as they can get.
I could be wrong though.

Once you have effected the remortgage, your payments will be reduced as a result until the end of the IVA.

4 years that lucky, my IVA was accepted but I have to get a valuation in year 5
