Hi guys,
As some of you know my husband has now been able to get off of incapacity benefit and back into a job which he loves. We have just received a £100 back to work grant from the government. Will we have to pay this into our IVA or is it classed as a windfall (under the £500 limit). Also I am doing a new income and expenditure because of the increase in our income, I know that our expenditure has gone up (petrol etc) however do we get to keep any extra of it at all. My proposal seems to read that if you have an increase in income you get to keep 50% net after additional expenditure has been taken into account. I just can't seem to get a straight answer on this.
Thanks everyone
