Hi and welcome.

your employer will not be notified if you take out an IVA, i never had to provide my NI when i had my proposal drawn up for me.

Hi Sardara and welcome.

The only documents you will need to supply are statements etc., from your creditors, payslips and P60's, possibly bank statements. You shouldn't need to provide any legal documents at all.

My employer has no idea of my IVA, and that's the way I want it to stay.

Welcome along.

Taking the first step is sometimes the hardest, so you would probably be best advised now to speak directly to a specialist if you have not already done so.

A good place to look is www.iva.com have a look around, read some reviews etc and take time to speak to 2 or 3 different providers before you make any decision.

Hope this helps.

Regards.

To be fair the payslips and P60 will also show your NI Number and Employer name, but unless you owe your employer money, they won't be told.
