Hi all,
I have had an IVA for 19 months now. However, I did not have an annual review after 12 months and I have now moved house (tenant). I have not as yet contacted my IP (mainly as I am worried that I will need to have review and my salary has jumped up twice since I started the IVA...)
I now have 2 main questions:
1. Is it my IP's responsiblity to contact me about a review or should I be prompting them?
2. Can my finances be 'back-dated' at all and so in effect I would therefore end up oweing even money to my creditors as I may have been able to pay more over the last 6 to 12 months?
Any general/overall advice on thie would be most appreciated,
Thank you!
