Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone can answer a question for me.

We have just asked if we can change the way e pay our BT bill from Whole BIll Direct Debit to a pay monthly plan. They said OK and we though "Great, that will help manage that bill better", but yetserday they sent a confirmation in the post with a credit agreement for us to sign. Are we allowed to do this while in the IVA? I thought that no credit of any kind was allowed so I don't kno if I can sign this or not. Any help is gratefully received.
Regards,

Your IP would absolutely suppor that application Carl, given that it enables you to correctly budget for your telephony expenditure on a monthly basis. If you read your proposals, I am sure it will say that credit is allowed for usual household utilities.

Hi
I'm sure that most IVA terms and conditions state that you can't take credit apart from utility bills,so there will be no problem with the new phone package

Mine allows for credit for utilities and insurance - I had to ask as our car insurance was due and they OK'd it all!
