is there a chance a creditor may petition for your bankruptcy or would all creditors have to agree to this
is it worth thier while ?

Probably not as Melanie said before that it costs them about £2000. However, it really depends on the assets you have as to whether it is worth it to them. Not all creditors have to agree, it only takes one. X
