I don't think that you will be allowed anything for cigarettes - but you can always buy these from the allowance you will be allowed to retain.

Thanks Melanie - but its my husband that smokes, and only him that is earning.
Apart from the cigarettes, would you say everything looks ok ?

Also, im not sure if your allowed it, but can you set aside money in expenditure for birthdays and xmas throughout the year - i was hoping to join a xmas club

Everything else looks fine - although it is not my decision of course at the end of the day. You can ask for money to be set aside for birthdays and Christmas, but whether the OR will allow that of course is down to their own discretion.

It really depends upon your own individual circumstances, and should only be "benchmarked" to a certain degree.

It gives an idea of things you may be given an allowance for but thats all.
