Hi All
Hope everyone is well and ok. I see its raining again !!

We are just about to make our 10th payment, this first year has gone so so so fast !! we are really enjoying the family time together now and everything is going brilliant.

I am due our IVA first review in December which I am getting nervous about. Although our curcumstances havent changed much. The only change we have had is my husband got a 3% payrise, which equates to about £30.00 per month extra. But like everyone else we have had rises in gas, electric, water, food, petrol etc..etc..

My question is now that our IVA has been transfered to DFD from Clearstart can DFD revise any of the allowances and lower them, to give a higher IVA payment ?????

Has anyone outthere had a review with DFD, how are they ?I have found them very efficient and professional so far.

Regards
carol

Hi
You wil be fine
Just fill out a new income and expenditure form showing your payrise and the increase in expenditure to cancel this out

I have made mine annual payment with DFD,I rang them up and they asked me to sent a I/E in to their review team.I did an excel quickie and they have confirmed that they have recieved it and updated on their system. I have not asked for a payment reduction or increase and said I am coping with the same situation. Interestinly they have not asked for any other documents yet...they have my details and I have a new ref number begins with a C to denote former CS client.

I have used the same categories in the I/E as CS did when I did the new I/E for DFD so that if they pull up the old records they can see the change.....which I said was on housekeeping....

It is unlikely that DFD will have a different policy than Cleastart. They are part of the same group.
