Hi, I am a journalist, I am interested in doing a story on the IVA Council on this Sunday's Donal MacIntryre programme. I've seen there is a lot of concern expressed about it on this forum.
I am also interested in anyone who has received unauthorised letters from companies who are trying to firesell bankruptcy solutions.
Thanks, Kirsteen, BBC

Hi Kirsteen
I will be watching your programme with great interest. As an Insolvency Practitioner, several of my clients received letters from this firm, but they apologised publicly to me as they said that they were only targetting IVA "factories". To date they have never qualified what they mean by this term!

Is it on TV or radio? No matter, I am sure it will be worth watching/listening to. A thread you can look at re this is below for you

I am sure that there are other organisations in this field as well, other posters may be able to help you further with that.
Regards.

Hi Kirsten123
if you would like a chat about this I would be happy to discus how the companies work and what they are looking for.

Having done a quick search, Donal MacIntryre's show is on BBC Radio 5 Live (909 and 693MW) on Sundays from 7-8pm.
Should be worth a listen!
