Hi there and welcome to the forum
How would you fund contributions if you were to be eligible to propose an IVA? Do you have any assets?
The ruling generally is that people in receipt of state benefits should not be in a position to propose these arrangements, but in exceptional circumstances it may be possible for you to do this.

Would you not be better off going bankrupt?? I only say this as your benefit should be used for yourself and not to pay debts.
Do you have any assets?

If disability gets worse, you may need that money or for some unforseen event. Like Ray b says BR would bring a swift end to the debts. It might be worth picking up the phone and speaking to someone to gain info on what your best option is for your circumstances.
Good luck.
