Hi all
Im hoping someone will be able to clarify things for me - maybe Skippy
I am going BR a week on Monday - my hubby is not
When filling out my I&E do i put all his expenses on too (eg - van tax/mot/insurance/, mobile phone, petrol, policies to cover if he is off sick etc.), or do i just put household costs only
Any advice would be really appreciated, because im so confused.

Have you been advised to go bankrupt? This is usually the nuclear option but may be right depending on financial circumstances.
The staff at the Official Receivers office should be able to help you in completing the form in any event. Good luck

I was the only one who went BR, and when I filled in my forms I only put down my share of the household expenditure (e.g. gas, electricity, water) and my own personal expenditure (e.g. mobile, car insurance, petrol etc), and then put down the amount that Dave contributed to the household.
I'm presuming that was right as the OR didn't question it, but hopefully one of the experts will be able to confirm.

David - Not been advised by anyone, however i do not have any other choices as unfortunately i dont work. I thought i had to fill them out pre-BR?
Skippy - My hubby will only be putting in the account what needs to go in for the bills as i dont work....aaarrrggghhh im getting stressed again - its too complicated.

To actually answer your question, you should put down the amounts that you actually contribute to the household expenditure. If you do not contribute anything, and are entirely supported by your husband, then make this clear on the forms.
The staff at Court rarely have the time these days to give advice about filling in the forms, and are more likely to send you away until they have been completed properly.
