If I get married during the term of my IVA is my new wife liable for any of my debts?

Am I right in thinking though that her income will be taken into account to ensure the correct level of payments have been set in his IVA ?

Only for the purposes of ensuring that both parties are paying a fair share towards the household bills based on their individual incomes.

Most creditors would want to see what her full income was though!
