one of my main debts is a loan to alliance with a settlement of £7152
if a was to offer them a settlement of 4500 would they accept?

total debt of £19000 owed to 4 creditors.
i would b able to get funds of 8500 to offer settlement
the companies which worry me the most are
alliance and hmrc tax bill
alliance7152
hmrc 4807.
the other is loan 5500
alliance card 1800!
would this b at all possible

If you are going to offer settlements to creditors, do try and make sure you treat them all evenly so as to avoid any unfair prejudice. You will find HMRC very unlikely to accept any short offer of settlement.
