Dont worry, the information sometimes takes time to filter through to the right dept.
If you are already in an IVA, your creditors will know.
Nothing to worry about now but just inform your IP.

Hi S73,

I'm a bit confused as to why your creditors are asking for you to write to them about a DMP if you are in an IVA.

Can you confirm that it is an IVA? When was your creditors meeting?

Perhaps the poster was in a DMP before the IVA?
Or, maybe the person on the phone does not know a lot about IVA's and assumes it is a DMP?

Possible. The people in the call centres are not always the sharpest knives in the drawer (with sincere apologies to anyone in a call centre who posts on here).

It's about time they had some better training as to what a DMP and an IVA are.
