Hi
The chances are, the person you spoke to is just a call centre operative so wont really know much about your IVA.
Your creditors would have been required to vote for or against the IVA in the initialcreditors meeting so if it has been accepted they will know.
Perhaps it just hasnt filtered through to the right department yet.
Speak with your IP and see what he/she suggests.

Hi
You IP will have written to each creditor. As long as this creditor was included in the original IVA they are bound and you have nothing to worry about.
Let your IP know so that they can write to the company concerned

Hang in there susey [:)]

It will all soon filter round all departments and this will stop and you will be left alone[:)]

Good luck
