Defaulted with iva, we have defaulted and are now wondering what comes next.

What was the reason for the default??
You will find that your creditors will be on your back fairly quickly. Do you intend to look at BR??

Hi
Your IVA will be failed by your IP if you can't remedy the default.
Oce your IVA fails only then will your creditors start contacting you again.
You are then free to apply for bankruptcy or negotiate payments direct with your creditors or through a DMP
