HI I PUT POST ON THE OTHER WEEK BEARING MY SOUL TO ALL I HAD JUST LOST MY JOB BUT WAS ABLE TO GET ANOTHER BUT THIS ONE IS PAYING £1 PER HOUR LESS A SHORT FALL OF £40 PER WEEK X 4 £160 BEFORE TAX ETC AT THE MOMENT I PAY £300 IN TO THE IVA AND HAVE ENOUGHT TO PAY FULL AMOUNT THIS MONTH
SO YOU CAN SAY FROM NOVEMBER IM GOING TO BE £100 MAYBE MORE DOWN FROM WORKING THE NEW JOB WILL MY CREDITORS ACCEPT A PAYMENT WHICH COULD BE AS LITTLE AS £200 PER MONTH ANOTHER THING AGAINST ME IS THAT IM ONE PAYMENT IN ARREARS DUE TO ILL HEALTH IAM 18 MONTHS IN TO THE IVA AND WOULD HATE IT TO FAIL

Best thing to do would be to speak to your IP

Hi, good news about the job, but a bit of a bummer about the drop in pay.

I think you are going to have to get in touch with your IP about this. They may have to ask for a variation.

I see no reason why your creditors would not consider a reduced payment, Mark - so go ahead and ask your IP to call a variation meeting to see if they will agree to the revised terms. This is not your fault, and it is commendable that you are still wanting to try and pay creditors.
