You might like to try calling Andrew Graveson of Brightoak who is a mortgage broker with much experience of dealing with mortgages for people in IVAs. You can find his contact details on the experts page.

You need to contact a qualified whole of market mortgage broker, explain your situation completely and then let them ascertain what is available for you. Hope this helps. Tony

I would not hesitate to recommend your services Tony.

Tony has worked alongside me for a number of years, helping many of my clients to offer full and final settlements to their creditors by way of remortgages. The market is difficult at the moment, but I know of no better person than Tony to root out a mortgage possibility if there is one available.
