I am so frustrated with our IVA company! As posted before we are going to lease a car so hubby can continue working. However, we are struggling with the IVA payments as it is so need a reduction. Emailed IP who passes it on to one of his team. We are then told to complete another I&E form that they will forward to us.

Not only are we still waiting for the form - can't use my own form has to be theirs apparently, 2 emails have been ignored and they won't discuss it with me because of.......DPA!!

I have tried to explain that I have full permission to discuss the IVA, furthermore DPA stops info being passed onto a 3rd party -as my personal details are on record for this IVA, I cannot be classed as a 3rd party. Do think they will listen??? No.

I know from on here that not all IP's are the same but why can't they just communicate?

Sorry - Rant over [:D]

Oh swans its horrible to be trying to sort out something and being prevented from doing so[:(!]

Keep pestering and surely the DPA doesn't come into it as you are listed on the iva anyway[?]

At least we have the forum to rant on and share problems with!!!

Hope you get it sorted asap

Why is it that data protection is used as a tool to allow some companies to drag their heels over issues we have with them???

If you email me direct the name of your IP i will try and help as I will probably know him/her.

Thanks David, the memeber of team finally emailed a form through, but "note one has actually been posted". Why post one when you can email! Sorry but I'm on the verge on throwing the towel in with this IVA and they are not helping.

Hubby's IVA is with Accuma - Matthew Colbourne Thomas is the IP. If I'm not getting anywhere with them I shall let you know.

xx

Hi, I am feeling your frustration!

It is so annoying, especially when it take so long to do the simplest of things.

Good luck!
