I think the register in this article relates to the FSA's register of individuals authorised to give financial advice, not the insolvency register.

However, I have seen posts on here before of people who were expecting their name to appear on the insolvency register, but say that it hasn't.

Personally, I will be quite happy if mine doesnt appear, although I'm not that lucky. It wouldnt surprise me, in fact, if my name was highlighted in flourescent yellow with big red flashing bulbs all around it. Such is life.... [:)]

I agree with UpToMyNeck - I don't think they're talking about the Insolvency Service register.
