Some awful person stole my phone and racked up £400 pounds worth olf calls on it :-( because they made these before I realised it was gone and ancelled it, I am liable. Orange will not do anything so I will have to pay it off monthly. How? I have no idea because things are tight as it is and I feel like I am in debt all over again!

Feeling very blue :-(

That's terrible rockstarloz, so sorry that you are liable, talk to your IP, I'm sure something can be sorted to repay it. X

Very tricky to deal with if you are already in an IVA. If your IVA has not yet been approved, the creditor can be included into the proceedings.

See if you can offer the pay off the debt in instalments and ask if you can reduce your IVA payments to compensate for this - if you already have an IVA in place.

That sounds good credit crunched. I can get one for £80 second hand but it is gonna make things a struggle this month. I am going to write this month off as a rubbish month and move on to a better month next month!

Hi again, spoke to the IVA company and he said you cant take a payment holiday in an IVA at all. He said he would call me back but he didnt I rang again twice and was assured he would call but nothing and he has now gone home. I know he is busy but it is playing on my mind so could have done with sorting it today.
