Where is the link? And what is this about?

I deleted the link, I thought the link was for a company advertising that they can claim money back for a fee, not any government scheme. I'll let Andy look at it properly.

Viki did what she felt was right, advertising isn't allowed on here as a rule. We will see what Andy says.

I'm sure Andy will put the link back in if he feels that it is ok. You hear so many horror stories on here about companies charging a fee promising to get money back, I did what I thought was right.

isnt an iva , more about what creditors get in return for them helping you out of debt?

I'm not disputing that it is genuine, although I haven't seen it as I have been at work.

You have to accept that as moderators we are told to delete advertising links, and this is what we do. Quite a lot of people get upset by this, but I can assure you it is not personal.

If Andy agrees that it is ok, then fine.

If people were able to get money back, would they have to pay it across to their IVA's?

it would depend on their clauses mine is anything over £500 after taxed is to be halved but to get anything out of sending a letter back is worth it.
