Hopefully our completion papers for our IVA will be through soon, but can anyone tell me where the best place to go for a mortgage. We do have a 10-15% deposit but wondered if anyone can put us in the right direction. I understand that the rate wont be great as the IVa stays on your file for six years.

I would have a chat with either Tony Parsons or Andrew Graveson - both of whom are brokers who regularly post on the forum. I think that a 10-15% deposit might be a little low, but no harm in enquiring.
