Hi ticket and welcome to the forum

An IVA is not really an option for you if you are living on benefits only, but if repaying your creditors is important then you could look at a Debt Management Plan. I would also seriously consider bankrutpcy proceedings as well, given that you have no assets which would be at risk and discharged within one year without having to make any ongoing payments to creditors.

Oh, now I am wondering. If you say that youre working and a home owner in order to get credit cards and youre neither, would that kind of count against you in BR?

Thank you for that.

I was going BR and I spoke to someone who said they check for this that and the other, even though I knew I hadnt given any false information I was quite scared. I held a position as a locum which I didnt declare, although I wasnt asked about this. They knew my salary etc.
