what rules apply to a claim for medical injury at work compensaion would it count as windfall and are rules different between br and iva

Unless the terms of your proposal dictate otherwise, the element relating to the injury itself ought to be excluded from the IVA, but compensation for loss of earnings will not. This is the same under bankruptcy proceedings.
