If you are in an IVA then they should already be included.
If not, but are considering it, then they would be included, yes.

Hi there

All your unsecured debts are included in an IVA apart from the standard 'non dischargeable debts'such as Court fines & CSA claims. If you are not already in an IVA please ensure you list all your unsecured debts - and if your are presently in an IVA and the debt was overlooked get in touch with your Supervisor/IP to advise them of the oversight and seek their advice

Hope this helps

Hi Danny.
HM Revenue & Customs debts are treated exactly like credit cards whether it is income tax, PAYE, VAT or a tax credit overpayment. HMRC are supporters of IVAs where there are in particular no major compliance issues.

I would advise that any outstanding returns are submitted even if the monies cannot be paid as this is a major consideration of HMRC in deciding whether they support it or not.

I suggest that you speak to an IP as the next payment to HMRC is due in January. If you are already in arrears it is unlikely that this payment can be made and an IVA could offer a chance to restart and avoid any enforcement action and ultimately bankruptcy.
