hi everyone hope youre all ok x
i was wondering on some job applications there is sometimes a question asking if you have ever been made bankrupt. if i was successful in my iva app. would i need to answer yes to this ?
is it classed as one and the same and viewed in the same way as a bank views ivas and bankruptcy together. hope someone would know [:)]

If it asks if you have been declared bankrupt, then the answer is no.

Vicki's right FD - no need to declare unless they specifically ask about IVA.

Good luck xx

Just be careful to answer correctly depending on the wording of the question ie if it mentions insolvencies they you may have to come clean,if however as most only mention BR then keep quiet!!
