I am in to a iva now nearly 1 year on and still have a burton store card with £250 limit. I use it once a month to buy the occasional item and make a payment each month. My ip is unaware of this account because it was so small i never declared it. should i disclose it at this stage or just use it has a way of showing i can maintain the account during my iva.

In an IVA, credit is not allowed without the express permission of your supervisor.
As it has such a small limit and it is being paid off each month from your contingency then it may be acceptable but the best person to answer this, i think, is your own IP.
