MY PARTNER HAS BEEN TOLD HE WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR A WORK INJURY. WILL THE IVA GET THIS?
Is the IVA in your partners name?
Is your partner still in employment?
Does it say anything in the chairmans report regarding compensation?
It is not captured in Bankruptcy but some IPs would argue that it is a windfall and want it to be paid over for the benefit of creditors.
