4th year mortgage
can you recommend reputable lenders, who will off me a good remortgage package to complete my iva our house is worth £125000 and we would be looking to borrow about £100000 over 15 years

Try Andrew Graveson of Brightoak. He does mortgages (amongst other things), so might be able to help you.

You will find all lenders adhere to the same code of practice and therefore all are reputable lenders even though you may not be aware of them at the moment.

You would need to explain your situation to a broker and they will advise from there. Hope this helps.Tony
