When you say an interim/token payment how much should this be? When I cancel DD do I write to them and advise that we are going through a DMP?

What does the DMP company you are using recommend? Token payments ought to be made on the basis of a pro-rata payment to each creditor in line with the amount they are owed, and based upon your affordability out of your disposable income.
