hi i have completed my iva through mccambridge duffy i paid £45,000 full and final from the sale of my house , i 'm now awaiting the completion certificate ,i paid by bank transfer beg nov ,any idea how long it takes to receive the certificate i can't get hold of anybody at mccambridge duffy ??

Hi depressed, congratulations on completing your IVA, I think it takes a couple of months, I'm sure an IP will be along to advise you.

thanks viki , they are normally fantastic but all the phones are constantly engaged and some are unknown numbers on some of the offices , hope they get in touch soon as i transferd 45,000 to them beg of nov and havent heard anything at all !!!

Hi Depressed.
I am one of the managers at Mc Cambridge, Duffy and apologise for the delay. Ring me directly and I will find out what is happening. We have had phone problems all morning and they have just come back on so if you ask for me at the switchboard and explain I await your call, you will be put straight through.
