I have a CCJ with Black horse, the dept now is aprox £15k, its down to £100 a month but being made redudent and can not afford it, how can i clear some of this dept ie the interest and reduce the payment, i dont really want to do an IVA or Bankrupsy.
HELP

Have you tried negotiating directly with Black Horse with a vie to reducing your payments, and is this your only debt?
