Hi Jane and welcome to the forum
I can only advise you that an IVA will and should cover any business debt, so long as this relates to either a sole trader or partnership business. If your business is a limited company, then the debt will remain with that entity unless you have personally guaranteed any of it.
I cannot recommend a company to you, as I am an IP in practice myself, but why not have a look at www.iva.com which provides feedback on all IP firms for you to review.
