Hi there and welcome to the forum

I suggest that you contact an insolvency practitioner directly to chat through your individual circumstances and receive tailored advice with regard to your options.

Also post as much information as you can on the forum and I, and the other forum members, will also try to provide some guidance.

Hi there and welcome to the forum from me.

As Melanie says have a chat with an insolvency practioner and find out what the best solution for you is. You will feel better and initial advice wont cost anything.
Melanie comes well recommended and her details are on the experts page or you can look at iva.com and find details of all companies and practioners there.

All the best, keep posting.

Hi there

Just wanted to say make sure you keep up with the bills, ie, utilities, phone, rent, mortgage etc. These are priority debts. You can leave the credit card, loan payments for now until you find your own solution, ie, IVA, DMP or BR.

I know this is a difficult and scary time for you, I have been there.

Post any questions and worries you might have and someone will try to help you.

Good luck now.
