Hi All,

I am just completing my Annual review and I have tallied it up and it just seems that the Expenditure things my IVA have stuck on, there seems to be some things missing, not sure but list seems a bit small. I have listed it below, does anyone think it looks right and takes in all Expenditures a Person would normally have.

Rent 245
Gas 25
Elec 25
Water 25
Internet 10
Mobile 50
Car Ins 25
Petrol 150
Car Tax 20
Car Main 20
MOT 7
AA 10
Food 150
Clothing 20
Opticians 20
Council Tax 50
Landline 20
Sky TV 10
Home Insurance 8
TV License 5
Public Transport 20
Contingency 50

Also, I can include all her contributions to bills, but what if I am paying towards bills that only she has, like credit cards etc. Can I include these on my expenses form

Cheers for help

Dentist?

If you are in an IVA, should you be paying anything towards anyone elses credit card bills?

Thats true, but my point is they reduce my outgoings with my partners contributions, but dont allow for contributions to partners expenses, i mean she only has a credit card which pays 10 pound a month so not really a biggy, just wondered really.

With Dentist, does anyone know what is the likely amount as I know dentist is quite expensive nowadays

I wouldn't be mentioning the credit card payment on your I&E, don't think it would go down very well.

Not sure about the dentist. It's about 17 quid on the NHS for a check up these days, that's if you can get NHS.

Check the CCCS guidelines see what it says on there.

I think the dentist is £10.
Do you have any medical condition that you are on regular prescriptions for because you can allow for that.
I have allowances for hobbies, hairdressing, dry cleaning, pets - albeit small ones that are not incorporated into general housekeeping (food) allowance.

If they apply to you, then yes you should put them down. The IP can always say no when you present him with your list, but it's better than missing some off.

If the budget is worked out on the basis of what you actually spend, then it must be right!
