Dear Sir/Madame,

I have been made redundant and I have a temps job till the 19th of december, I dont know how to pay the mortgage and the IVA. The question is there any previous IVA case were it has been rent out the flat and with that income paid the IVA and the mortgage? bear in mind that in this scenario the only chane for me is to go back in Italy and live with my retired parents

If you could rent out your flat to provide sufficient income to cover the mortgage and your IVA payment, this ought to work - but best to discuss this directly with your own IP as they will have detailed knowledge of your case.
