we have had an IVA for 21 months and have now been contacted by a debt collection agency from egg, Saying we still owe them money. I phoned the ppl who r IVA went through and they said not to worry that it is on there. Im still worrying about debt collection agency arriving at my doof

They probably won't and even if they do, they cannot do anything to enforce their debt. Ask your IP to give Grant Thornton a ring who manage all of the post-IVA Egg debts, so that they can deal with this unwanted correspondence.
