I hae just updated my blog, which is the first time in 12 months, i know, too long, but i enjoyed doing it, so i am going to try and aim to up dae it every month to 2 months

Have had Bronchitis, but found it really hard to fight because of the MS.
I ended up taking a trip in the back of an Ambulance last Monday night. Im on the mend now though xxxx
