Thank you all so much, my concern at review time is that when i opened a new bank account, i did not realise it came with an overdraft, which for 6-7 months was never used, then bills increased and all of a sudden i am in a whole world of trouble and cannot get out of it! I assume i am now going to be frowned upon by my IP, i genuinely did not know it came with an O/D

Hi,
I do not think it will be looked on to favourably as you are not supposed to take credit whilst in an IVA. But the best thing to do is to contact your IVA Company as soon as possible and advise them of this.
Please keep us informed

You definitely need to speak to your IP as soon as possible. If you can't afford your IVA payments without using your overdraft for bills etc you might need to ask for a variation. Life in an IVA isn't supposed to be a life of luxury, but you're supposed to be able to live relatively comfortably.
Good luck, and let us know how you get on x
