Hi Everyone,

We are still getting hassle from 2 out of the 3 creditors who didn't vote on our proposal but our main worry at present is N.Rock who are attempting to get a charging order on our property...We've received a letter from Eversheds to say that an application will be heard on 9th Jan and they have also entered the notice on the Land registry...Our question is: Now that we are in an IVA, what will or can happen with this?..is it too late to do anything?..we have sent letters to our IP but not been able to get a reply at present as we know how busy they are, just wondered if someone could advise us on here? We are not sure whether it would be better for us to contact the court ourselves as it is really starting to stress us out now, what with the other 2 creditors pestering us as well..sorry for the rant but we just want to get it sorted the best way that we can ..Thanks..

Ah DM, that's awful. What a waste of NR's time and money, they can not do this. Give Melanie a call directly tomorrow, she will sort it our for you. Sorry you're having hassle. X

I will investigate the matter of your unanswered mail, and also ask someone to call you tomorrow.

Rest assured that this creditor cannot take any action against you once your are in an IVA, including the seeking of a charging order. We will deal with this for you, so please do not worry.
