Hi all

I have today received a letter from a company called Weightmans who are acting for Arrow Global telling me I must make payment arrangements with them by the 12th Jan or they will take me to court.
They were by far my largest credtitors but i have just completed my first 12 months into an IVA.
I know that i am protected by the IVA so they cant actualy do anything but how can it be that 12 months down the line the debt is still being chased ???.

hi cash dont panic. if this creditor was included in your iva proposal then they are bound and cannot touch you. let your ip know they are bothering you good luck x

Yes either write to them informing them of your IVA (send copy or inform them of your IP's name and address) or send copy of letter to your IP - don't worry they are only incurring unecessary unrecoverable costs!

Thanks for reassurances,I know it takes time for news of an IVA to filter through but 12 months !!!

They are morons some of them.

What a complete waste of everyone's time. I am sure we are starting to see more of this type of thing, and it is about time it ceased.
