Hi shane and welcome to the forum
Your IVA will stay on your file for six years from the date of your creditors meeting. So you are looking at late 2009/early 2010. Has the IVA been concluded or is it still in place?

Your IVA will drop off your record in April 2010. You will need to check as well that there aren't any defaults still registered on there as they will have to be removed, but that's no problem.
Next April I would order a copy of your credit report to check that it is ok.

The IVA should drop off six years from the agreement date, the same for any defaults as these should either be before or on the agreement date, providing they were part of the IVA.
Mine all dropped off at the same time.

Also, have you checked the Insolvency Register, have you been taken off there?
