hi we are in a joint iva if we go br do we need to fill 2 br applications and incur 2 fees?

Well not sure what you mean as being in a joint IVA. Your IVA's are separate so what is the current problem?

Unfortunately it will cost you almost £1000 for both of you.
Speak to your IP first and see if you can't sort something out with your IVA.

I wouldn't worry too much about fees and forms until you've spoken to your IP about your possible full and final.
