hi thanks i am waiting on a variation pack what ever that is and they have told me there are meetings booked for the end of february.
Do you think it is advisable to stop my direct debit for february to the iva incase its not accepted then i have some funds towards the BR and if they accept then i would pay it?

regards

Are you up to date so far with your IVA? By that I mean that with holding this payment wont take you 3 payments behind and dafault your IVA.
I know it sounds daft but ask your IP whether you should make this next payment or not.

hi i haven`t missed any payments but if its rejected i will lose the £555 and we have to pay £1000 for the BR because me and wife have to do it

I think you should keep up the payment until you hear on the variation
