hello everyone and a very happy new year to you all. Have not posted for a while but read every day. Occasionally see people say "how do I know if I have a CCJ?" Can you have a CCJ and not know then - I thought you had to fill out lots of paperwork. I am wondering as having some problems with Blair Oliver and Scott at the moment who keep sending me the usual letters -contact us or we will take court action etc. We sent a token payment of £5 in October instead of usual payment due to a problem that month but have resumed normal payments now ( that was the only pament ever missed in 31 months and just wondered what they are actually likel to do and if it would involve a CCJ.
All thoughts on this would be much appreciated[:)]

You will be informed if you have a CCJ as you will have to make whatever payments the court has decided.

They normally inform you before hand that they are seeking one (they did with my stepdaughter).

I presume you are in a DMP? Did you explain why you only sent a token payment? If you are with a DMP company, I would get in touch with them and get them to sort out Blair Oliver and Scott.

And a Happy New Year to you as well fudgelover!
