Can I still keep my current bank account whilst having an IVA - and would my employees have to find out

You can keep your current account if it is not one of your Creditors. If it is best to open a new account with someone else.

Your Employees would not find out if you had an IVA unless they searched the Insolvency website

I assume that you are running a business bank account? Is this with a bank to whom you owe money? If so you will need to look at changing this asap, and you might find it difficult to get business banking with a new bank.
