hi - i've been coming on this website for a few weeks now and found everyone very friendly and helpful.i'm ready to go mad now . . i'm currently in the process of an IVA and have my creditors meeting tomorrow 10am. i've got myself in a right mess and wish credit cards and loans never existed. most of my debt is with HSBC and have been worried sick as my dividend is 33p to the £ and suprisingly enough my IP told me today HSBC have accepted even tho i've read alot abot the 40p hurdle rate. I am counting on GE to either vote in favour tomorrow am or note vote at all as it makes all the difference in whether my IVA gets accepted or not - any advice on what their acceptance rate is like? so stressed i cant sleep . . . .

hi good luck for tommorow your ip must be confident of the proposal try and get some sleep i hope the phone call you get in the morning is the iva has been accepted every case is different i have read of lower ones being accepted from them on here before
good luck[:)]
33p is a good dividend and they have a chance of getting it up higher nearer 40p if you get any extra income that needs added to the iva

I would be interested to know which firm are representing you, and also who has rejected the IVA if you need another vote to sway over the 75% majority. But most of all best of luck for tomorrow.
