Hi, can someone please tell me the name and address of the governing body for companies involved in the administration of IVA's. I have a serious complaint to lodge against the company my IVA is done through, and would like an investigation, but do not know who to contact. Thanks.

I think there are various governing bodies and you need to know which one your IP belongs to. You can find the details by searching on the Insolvency Service website -
www.insolvency-service.co.uk/newipsearch.htm
I would recommend that you follow your IVA company's complaints procedure if you haven't already done so before reporting them to their governing body.
Good luck x

What is the nature of your complaint - and have you tried to discuss this with the IP personally to see if they can help?

Is this another debt avoidance company stirring up the poop again by telling people an IVA isnt for them, let us help you go bankrupt and avoid paying what you can and all for a fee of £XXXX.

Sounds about right. I had an e-mail earlier today telling me i'd been miss-sold a loan and i needed to get my money back. Plus, i'd won a car! What a lucky day!

Shower of sh.... you know what I mean. These people are vultures, preying on those who may just be desperate enough to believe what they are told.
Hanging is too good for them.

Hubby and I both had letters yesterday telling us that we had been missold - they have been consigned to the recycling!
I would be interested to know what v6daddys complaint is and who the company is.
