Hi my husband and I have juist enterec into an IVA and were just wondering if he would still recieve his tax rebates as he is self employed or would these be repaid into the IVA? Thnak you

Your husband should continue to receive his tax rebates, as these will form part of his trading projections on an ongoing basis. Without the rebates, I feel that he would struggle to meet the repayments.
